I can sympathiseBeing into *proper punk rock* at the right time I was well hard. Then the safety pins were replaced with frills & feathers when I gravitated towards Adam & The Ants combined with *proper goth.* I'd assumed this might earn my 39 and one third self a bit of street cred with my son. Of course, nowadays he & his chums regard goths as more than a tad on the sad side....
On the plus(?)side, I did hear recently that I'm regarded as a MILF by some of Sweary Jr's mates......(they are 12!!!) That was far worse than finding increasing quantities of grey hair :o/
Are they even wanking yet?
