Che - only 45?Pah! That's nothing - I'd call that middle-youth. And honestly, would you really want to be younger again? Having to go through all the angst & shite? Tis all in the mind honey. Numbers are irrelevant (regarding age).
Anyway, you seem a decent well-rounded chap with a good heart. That's what counts.
