Big Brucey was my housemate for three years

Looks like prices may be climbing very soon
Brick yards are on about a 3 month turn around, concrete roof tiles from Marley are almost as bad, the multi-national house builders are buying up stock like bastards

Completing on one this week
It's going to be mine when I ever get this one finished.
Trouble is, I've bought and sold and kept and let - but this one is the one I love. Sounds daft but it's karma. This is totally impractical for me but I can't leave it

This will be a very hard place to maintain and although I pretend I'm not, I'm getting older.
I bought the bungalow with me in mind for a few lets to pay it off.
