wellMainly I would say because the grown ups haven't voted on it yet, leaving the OMG BEST FILM EVA bunch of idiots just slapping 10/10 because Heath Ledger is dead running amok.
It is a very good film however.
But not the best, thats Friday 13th part 8; Jason Takes Manhattan
There are a two things wrong with that statement.
A. I know what Friday 13th part 8 is called
B. I prefer it to The Dark Knight
