I attended a meeting this year which was opened by the chair saying - and I quote:"We thought we'd reach out to you with this challenge we've been gifted".
It's to my eternal shame that I didn't beat her to death with my coffee mug. I thought similarly to you - "How can you come out with this stuff without committing very public suicide?!"
