Probably an ideal answer for QOTW Whatever you think of our public sector it doesn't get held to ransom by conflicting ideologies and isn't subject to short notice cancellation on governmental whim.

It was more 'doesn't get held to ransom by conflicting ideologies' bit that was LOLtatsic.Soon as one set of cunts gets in they set about reversing what the other cunts did. And then adding their own, new bit of cunting to it.
