I know what you mean about doctors. My blood pressure is on the low side when taken by a nurse, but rockets when a doctor takes it. "White coat syndrome" they call it.
I think it goes back to being hospitalised at age 3. Have hated the buggers ever since!
Edit: Loon - I have no idea what carbon steel is, but sounds like an "oh shit" moment. Have a *hug* anyway ..... they're free round here.
