an hour on the phone getting some dippy wench to change her password only to realisethe she had successfully done so on the first of fifty gajillion attempts but was too fucking thick or click happy to realise so kept putting in her old password and I've got a bad case of chilli shits brewing and people are speaking too loudly and fuck monday all over its fat fucking cunt face.
