I would imagine that most engineering workshops could do thisIn fact I have a friend who specializes in the same type of metalwork. It shouldn't be too difficult to accomplish.
Have a check through the Yellow Pages for any fabricators in your local area. Some places like to commission in bulk, but you may get lucky with a one off.
