Alan Rickman Factoid!The video release of Robin Hood: Prince of theives is not the same as the cinema release.
The reason? Legend has it that Kevin Costner felt that his performance was so overshadowed by Alan Rickman in the final cut, that he had it re-edited so he's in it slightly less.
That is how good Alan Rickman is.
