The idiot girl was counting letters.
She counted 15 letters as two.
HOW?
How in the name of buggery blue blaze colostomy bag cow tipping fuck do you count 15 letters as 2 letters?
Sigh. Then two people in my room had a massive falling out and one ended up crying.
Oh and I got pickpocketed. They only took £1.40 though.
