^ That's not as bad as some of them I've seen.We looked into getting his maths and English up to a better standard and one college wanted £800 out of him for a couple of hours a week!
Agencies round these parts haven't been too successful for me; they tend to forget about you after a while, but I think he's willing to take anything that's not his current job :(
