I hate school holidaysbecause I have twin boys who are exhausting. I'm not happy for them to glue themselves to a ps2 or the tv for the entire day. However they tend to have a love hate relationship with each other and we live out in the sticks....so while one may want to go and build a den at the bottom of the garden the other one doesn't.
Tomorrow I may go and buy them a new cricket bat - they broke the last one.
Kids are great but they're expensive and emotionally demanding.
Sadly I'm not a perfect parent who can be constantly dewy eyed about my offspring. Sometimes I'm sick of them.
