The commute is a bitchbut fortunately Eurostar are picking up my travel tab ;) they paid for a season ticket for me, because it's so far away and after this month I'm going to be based in Ashford anyway.
I like Canterbury; the cosy little pubs and the shops are great, plus I came here for uni, but the other half grew up there and in Thanington and in Whitstable and he hates it!
