god, every aspect of us holding the olympics makes me cringebut at least we won't have to worry about an opening ceremony because none of the building work will be finished in time.
actually, we will have to worry about it, because it'll be in the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff.
At least they have some mildly arty/musicy people in Wales
