@AllI've been just down in the basement at the gym here watching it and seeing Chinese people watching their countrymen p!ssing about in Beijing.
In all the time I've been here I've never seen people STOP on treadmills to stand watching the TV when their national anthem was played. Can't work out whether it's blind nationalism, pride or brainwashing.
Whatever it is, it's downright fcuking ODD!
