cash ISAs are pointless.You can put 11520 in a stocks and shares ISA, and the another 11880 in April. Assuming you follow that investment split, you should make about 10% over a year. Could drop in value though, but unlikely in a rising market such as we have now.
You're currently losing money as you're not getting above 3% net.
