PoD, smile sweetly and be super nice to herwill confuse the hell out of her, thus rendering her incapable of being mean to you.
I've done this several times now in the last few years and each time have given up and gone back to having very dark hair as I haven't gotten the bleaching stage right. So now just need to persevere with it.
Pale/honey blonde BK. Should be alright I reckon. Not too many hairs have broken so far as I've been piling on the conditioner since I started bleaching last night.
