Just the gloss needs re-doing, couple of hours job. I never get the time at the moment.
Gonna spend some money on the house soon, hopefully, with a view to letting it and moving closer to work.

Eggshell has a weird shine, I prefer either proper thick gloss, or silk as you can still see the wood grain.
