@ClendersJolly spiffing, ta. Studded mit garlic and rosemary from the garden, smidge of black pepper, cooked slightly pink, with a pan full of roasties and the infamous drunken gravy.
Hoovered up by the Clan Osok in milliseconds.... (they treat me like a hotel, you know). I just managed to save the bone to make up some stock for a risotto and then had to hide in the kitchen as the slavering pack were baying for seconds.
