I feel your pain.I've worked for people like that. Their favorite thing in the world, bar none, is playing Now I've Got You, You Son Of A Bitch. It's what they live for.
These days if I find that I work for someone like that, I find another job.
EDIT: Kaol gives excellent advice here. I agree with him completely.
