Out of the bath now!I know what you mean Vipros. I can run about a mile and a half on the treadmill. When I cancelled my gym membership and started running outside I was nearly dead after about 50 yards.
It's my lungs that give me grief. I had pneumonia when I was 2 and nearly died. This has left me with the lungs of a 60 a day bog warrior, and I've never smoked in my life! I'm sat here now coughing up lumps!!
