Your Insurance Company?They might take this on as it was someone deliberately trying to damage your car - assuming you reported the idiot protagonist to the Police it'll back your claim up?
Can't help thinking that if it's not fixed properly you're going to end up with a clump of bog roll in the fuel filter when driving on the motorway or something.
