My greatest wish, ed, is that sooner or later I'll be able to buy a house. I finally get a wage where I can afford it, and the credit crunch hits. And so now my graduate account is expiring, I won't qualify for a graduate mortgage.

Balls. I fucking hate renting.

That's quite a sad wish really, isn't it?
