Oooh the irony
I missed the end of the "Blood" question as I was .... cleaning blood off my doorstep.

That's the last time the God-botherers will come round here!

No, really, I didn't. It wasn't even human blood. My neighbour's cat decided (for reasons known only to it's stupid ginger fluffy self) to deposit a dead and semi-dismembered mouse at my daughter's feet.

Her horrified screams sent me pelting out there, where she was incoherently pointing to the poor departed beastie. One quick scoop with a shovel and a bucket of watered down bleach later, and all the evidence is gone.

I suspect, however, that I may have the odd nightmare looming from my poor wee lamb.

The karma fairy is really taking the piss now.

Thanks TGB
I just know the poor wee soul will have nightmares - and she'll never look at that cat quite the same way again.

I know it's a cat thing, and they're giving you a gift, but eeeeeeeeew. We prefer our cat, who only goes out a couple of times a year and couldn't catch a cold!

Al

I only clean my front step when it's bloodstained ....

Whilst wearing a paisley headscarf, very small knickers and NOTHING ELSE!
