Yup fully manualIf you forget to put it in it floods and stalls :( It is running way too rich at the moment though and only needs a tiny bit of choke to start if it's cold. Taking it to the isle of wight this weekend though so thought I should get it tuned up so it does more than the 12mpg it was doing...
