Yes, the whiskey is there for when the priest visitsand also for 'medicinal' purposes.
When I was at school my mum exchanged recipes for homemade versions of Baileys with one of the old nuns there - Sr.Ita actually, she was rather like Hitler when it came to uniform, but not as nice. You'd be sent home and they'd 'phone your parents to tell them that your uniform was wrong - very, very strict it was.
