Probably she jumped at their encouragement, As a silly student prank, and now they've all got some pact to keep it a secret, then one will get scared and tell another one they're going to confess leading to a bunch of bizarre murders in a hall of residence as the only sober one who secretly killed her on purpose tries to silence them all in case the truth comes out
