I'll limit the up and down to values a bit lower than those you mentionand see what happens
I had some issues with the wireless before, so I'm already on a lower channel etc.
and the drop outs don't happen when it's plugged in with a cable as far as I can remember
I don't actually download much stuff these days TV series for the most part
