Bass is the most fun instrument to play by miles...Well, I say that...If I could play the drums I might prefer them..but I can't, my drum recording sessions were painful.
Singing is as-dull-as shit...and no amount of 'getting all the glory', and 'not having to carry shitloads of heavy gear around' makes up for that.
I really must start writing songs again...I'm quite a dab-hand at Adobe Audition / midi / Cubase etc.
If it carries on like this, the most famous song I'll take to the grave will be 'Bernard'...and nobody deserves that.
