I had the best letter ever today.
No address, no name, so we can't process it, scrawled on two blank sheets of A4.

Someone - man, woman, no idea - thought it would be a lovely idea to send us a letter complaining that he can't take his bike on the train. Fair enough, if you'd given us a name or address or both, mate, I could log you into the system and file you under queries.

It gets better: he/she then asks: "would it be possible to ride my bike through the Tunnel? I think it would be excellent fun!" You want to ride a bicycle through 26 miles of suboceanic tunnel to France? Yes mate, of course you do.

Also, I've lost the London Underground song and am quite annoyed about it.
