I'm not one for 'grappling'as you put it.
But then I'm small and weedy, so don't fair well in matters of a rough and tumble nature.
Most of my mates, on the other hand, choose to disregard this and insist on including me in their drunken grappling, which they seem to enjoy thoroughly.
