For example at work if you've got a massive report to do and you've been wasting time on b3ta since you got in, eventually it comes to "Fuck...THIS..." and you go and finish the whole fucker in 6 hours straight of pure brain-dead workery.

Alternatively:

Staring at the drink poured by a friend consisting of 1 shot Red Aftershock, 1 shot Whisky, 1 shot Tequila, eventually saying - "FUCK THIS" and necking the bastard.

Then getting angrily drunk, challenging people to fight for their shoes, followed by collapsing in the gutter and spewing on oneself.
