I am so not cut out for training.I'm training our new temps at the moment, and one of them is brilliant - picks up what she needs to do in about five minutes and never needs to ask me anything unless she can't find what she needs. The other is the opposite, and sometimes I don't have a reason beyond "that's just the way we do things here". I'm amazed I have this much responsibility and I don't know how much longer it'll be before I twat her one. Especially as they're earning £3 an hour more than me for less work! Can I borrow a Robokaol?
