Called them up two minutes after their desks opened "we're experiencing high call volumes, wait times are currently ten minutes, would you like a callback?" Nah, ten's fine, I'll hang on for that. Half an hour later and I get cut off. Call back "wait times are currently two hours". Fuck me, call back. Four hours later I get called back, "we're transferring you to a customer representative" get cut off.

Eventually get through, tell them I'm moving, get asked if I'd like to take their service with me and the chap on the end has the gall to ask why I'll be refusing to use them ever again.
