Laughter and sexgo well together, as long as the laughter isn't directed in a hurtful way toward either partner.
I think the reason that women are willing to sleep with men who make them laugh is that laughter makes one relax and feel comfortable. If you can make a woman feel comfortable and happy, she's yours. Bonus points if you can do so without getting her intoxicated.
