Parmesan does smell sick and feet(gruyere smells exactly like feet) but I will eat parmesan in stuff
actually I'll eat most cheese in stuff (not blue cheese though, bleurgh)
fondue is the business. my mate is swiss and has his family recipe framed on the wall. it's so good
