PJMmy mum did her very own special "lumpy" mash with nothing added. No butter, no milk, nothing.
I only started liking it when I started making my own and adding things to spice it up. Also gravy. Mum treated gravy powder like an endangered species. I make it almost thick enough to stand the spoon in!
