The optimal dinnerFilet mignon, cooked so that the center is still red but warm, with mashed potatoes (with sour cream, butter, salt, pepper and some parmesan mixed in), broccoli lightly steamed so it's still crunchy with butter and lemon on it, and a bottle of Chimay Grande Reserve to go with it. A little highland malt to serve as dessert, and I could die a happy man.
