feeling slightly better nowI checked the stuff that I signed off and the problem bit isn't on them, it's something that I hadn't seen (I perhaps should've done, but that's a seperate issue and doesn't have my initials on it)
I've also had a rant at the guy's immediate superior and she empathised so that's ok
now I can forget about it, and get on with what I'm doing!
