Disastertemp alert.
I just overheard her on the phone...

"You want our commercial mortgage department? We don't have one, should I put you through to human resources or accounts payable?"

I was trying to be helpful and told her for future reference that we don't deal with commercial mortgages anymore but there's number written on the white board for someone who does.

"oh, well I just hung up on them as they were talking and I didn't know which department."

Well it was obvious you didn't know which fucking department because you were trying to put the call through to FUCKING HR!!!

I just tried to show her where there's an extra list of all the departments but she just looked me up and down and carried on watching big brother.

I no longer like her. Infact, I think I might wee in her cup of tea.
