I keepPowerpoint open with some sort of presentation up, so I can quickly Cmd-Tab to switch programs. My boss doesn't say anything, but I know he has his suspicions!
Not that it matters. He's a decent sort and so long as I get my work done he doesn't give a stuff about what else I get up to, so long as it's legal.
