I suppose it simply comes down to those who prefer to be In Charge and those who prefer to be told what to do.....
For example...
If I put on my high heels, glasses and short skirt and wave a ruler (not a whip...)around, then I'm sure there'll be plenty of b3tans prepared to do as they're told by me.
