ViprosGenerally Monday mid-morning to Tuesday afternoon.
Thursday/Friday are rush-days on posting.
Weekends are quiet.
Monday morning is a bit of a flurry, but once it dies down it's prime posting time.
Tuesday evening onwards doesn't give enough time.
