My immediate boss is greatHard worker and rewards success generously. Only slight niggle is his forgetfulness about communicating stuff - he's sure he's sent me something and I'm certain he hasn't - generally I have proof.
Alt: I used to in a previous job - five were great, one was a cancer to the organisation and thought he was untouchable due to some tenuous relationship with the technical director. He was proved very wrong.
