I'll direct all my good thoughts at you and your relativesand hope that things turn out well for all of you, or at least, not really shit.
for my part, we had a dude come round to do a bit of a kitchen design and give us a quote.
turned out he was from the double glazing school of salesmanship and if we hadn't booted the fucker out an hour ago he'd still be here and going strong
nice kitchen though, and a good price, but we are only speculating at the moment, and will be doing so for 5 years or so....
