Oh don't worry Jeff, we've already booked a holiday to new york, we are going in eleven days!!!Also we have plenty of spending sitting in a U.S. dollar account! Hooray!

When there, you should find a stereotypical 'Yank' and take the piss out of them.Apparently they are all really stupid.
Tell then their flag is well bent, and chanting 'USA, USA, USA' at sporting events makes them all sound like a spastic convention in pain.
You'll get away with that sort of carry on as they probably think you know the queen, sound like Hugh Grant and live in a stately home.
