It seems to be a problem of a lack of willingness to learn tooBeing the student that I am, I can't help but notice some people actively resist learning - they have the mindset that it's not cool, or that it's unproductive.
These tend to be the same people that also say 'LOL I don't read books'.
I wonder why they do it?
