Iidiotically agreed to go for a run with a friend tomorrow morning.
I have no trainers that are fit for human use.
I have shorts... but they are torn to hell.
Oh and I hate running.
He's planning a 'long yet steady' run in the local countryside.
I'm only going because he got me to agree to it when I was drunk last week.
