@DiTI just signed up for a new wank account. They were desperately trying to get me to go for the all-singing, all-dancing super current gold plus account, for 12.95 a month; I eventually got it through to them that there was really no point in that, so they cocked up my account and forgot to do the "transfer all standing orders" thing they're meant to. Fuckmonkeys.
